PLEASE DO NOT SCRAP YOUR VEHICLE OR FILL OUT THE CLAIM FORM FOR YOUR REBATE UNTIL YOU HAVE TAKEN DELIVERY OF YOUR ELECTRIC BIKE.

STEP #1 – SCRAP YOUR VEHICLE

• If you have already scrapped your car, go to Step #2
• CLICK HERE for a list of Authorized Scrap Locations

STEP #2 – COMPLETE THE CLAIM FORM BELOW

• Please ensure you have the required documentation to submit a claim. You will need a POS debit, credit or cash register receipt, AND a receipt which includes your name. The electric bike retailer will print this type of receipt for you.
• We double-check all receipts by calling our e-bike retailers to confirm the purchase.
• Complete the claim form below and click submit, please have the following ready to upload:
  • A scanned copy or a picture/photo of both your POS debit/credit/cash register receipt AND a receipt that includes your name (scans/photos must be clear and legible).
  • Alternatively you can mail us the original receipts described above. Our mailing address can be found on our CONTACT US page. If you mail us original receipts, we will not return them to you. If you wish to keep your original receipts, please submit electronic copies.

STEP #3 – WAIT FOR YOUR EFT

• Once we are able to confirm (via the scrap yard) that your vehicle has been scrapped, and
• We have received the purchase receipts from you, and verified them, we will process your claim.
• Our service standard for processing EFTs is usually 2 weeks.
