STEP #1 – SCRAP YOUR VEHICLE

If you have already scrapped your car, go to Step #2

STEP #2 – COMPLETE THE CLAIM FORM BELOW

Please ensure you have the required documentation to submit a claim. You will need a POS debit, credit or cash register receipt, AND a receipt which includes your name. The electric bike retailer will print this type of receipt for you.
We double-check all receipts by calling our e-bike retailers to confirm the purchase.
Complete the claim form below and click submit, please have the following ready to upload: A scanned copy or a picture/photo of both your POS debit/credit/cash register receipt AND a receipt that includes your name (scans/photos must be clear and legible).
Please do not mail us original receipts.

STEP #3 – WAIT FOR YOUR EFT

Once we are able to confirm (via the scrap yard) that your vehicle has been scrapped, and
We have received the purchase receipts from you, and verified them, we will process your claim.
Our service standard for processing EFTs is approximately 2 weeks.
