Dennis Rogoza

DENNIS ROGOZA
Chief Executive Officer

Dennis has extensive experience in carbon and emissions reduction policies, programs and regulations working for Governments, private industry and NGO’s. He originally designed the SCRAP-IT program and since 2008 has led the organization as CEO. He provides strategic leadership and works with the Society’s Board and management team to ensure the environmental and financial goals of the organization are met. He has BA and B. Admin degrees from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies from York University.



DIANE ROBERTS
Chief Operations Officer

Diane has extensive experience working in public, private and not-for-profit sector organizations. She brings a unique, diversified background and education to her role which includes: operations management, human resource management, project management, business process development & re-engineering, procurement management, strategic & operational planning, real estate asset management, facilitation, compensation management, organizational analysis and design, and formal writing skills. She has a diploma in Business Administration, CAPM Designation, Graduate Certificates from RRU in Strategic HR Management, Risk Contract & Procurement Management, a RETS graduate from UBC, and she is also a published author.



F. Michael Marti
Controller

Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant having practiced with Price Waterhouse and then moving into management roles as a CFO, COO, and CEO of private and public companies.  For the last thirty years he has worked in a variety of industries and has led companies with multiple locations in Canada and internationally. As a CEO his work was recognized by his peers in which he was a finalist in the manufacturing category of the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year (Ontario) awards. Michael has developed innovative business partnerships with companies including mergers and acquisitions in Canada and the USA and raised over $100 million in capital for the businesses he managed.  As financial advisor and controller he brings his extensive financial expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to the Society.
